Our Commercial Transaction Group combines business, legal and technology experience to advise
clients on a broad range of transactions involving technology, e-commerce, industrial and consumer products. We also assist clients with commercial transactions such
as licenses, technology transfers, development arrangements,
distribution deals, systems integration and outsourcing.
Working on behalf of licensors, we represent the providers of
diverse technologies from software and e-services to consumer products. We also represent technology licensees across all industries, from service
companies to manufacturers and financial institutions.
Commercial transactions can have extensive privacy, trade,
commercial, antitrust and securities implications, to name a few. Our lawyers have experience representing investors and issuers, lenders and borrowers,
acquirers and targets - from individuals to global institutions.
Corporate Governance and Compliance
We advise and represent clients on a wide
range of governance and compliance issues. Our attorneys serve as
